 Dear Folks,

 The above desktop app is an integration application for importing transactions from excel to Quickbooks Online.

 So far the following transactions can be imported:
1. Invoice: Multi lines with multiple accounts and multiple stock items.

As far as possible, the following special characters must be avoided in the .xls file for import:
  • <
  • >
  • &
  • '
  • "

    A great effort made towards task automation. The invoice format should be flexible to adapt to the service industry invoice pattern wherein the item and rate columns are not required.
    Also, it would be a big step towards simplifying accounting, if importing the ledgers and journals can also be implemented.

      Yes! That is because Item Masters are not created. And or check for any other masters like Class, Location, Bank Ledger etc.
      The above mentioned problem occurs only when some masters are not present.

    I am using version 7.5 of SkyNetQbo. While running Invoice Launcher it got stuck and not launching the invoices.
    Not able to trace the problem. Can you help on this ?

    Further to my above query i am getting below error, please tell me how to resolve:

    889 not posted. | com.intuit.ipp.exception.FMSException: ERROR CODE:6000, ERROR MESSAGE:A business validation error has occurred while processing your request, ERROR DETAIL:Business Validation Error: Make sure all your transactions have a sales tax rate before you save.

      Do the following 2 things:
      1. Notice top left "Show API Credentials", Click it >> Click "Reset" button and do the token resetting process. Take help of Implementation Manual.
      2. Check for any uncreated masters in QBO company.

      Hi Suneet
      The problem is still the same, please see below message, in Tax filed i have not mentioned anything. When i mention any amount in Tax field then it got stuck and when i don't write anything in Tax column it shows below error.
